Spring dress

The dress that I am wearing is one that I picked up from a thrift store for about $3.  When I found it, it had major Nosferatu shoulders (aka HUGE shoulder pads) and had a good 4 more feet of fabric dragging on the ground.  I decided the best way to upgrade this dress was to remove the shoulder pads and takes off the 4 feet of extra fabric, and VOILA! I have a super short dress (which by the way ended up being a lot shorter than I had expected and wanted)  In the end lesson learned *if you want to alter a dress and you are an amateur make sure it is a little longer than you want so your dress does not end up like mine.  Dukes of Hazards short...
